Andy Lucena is a highly experienced project professional with expertise in managing large, complex project teams on brown and greenfield oil & gas sites in China, UISA,UK and Kazahkstan and prior to his oil and gas experience, Andy was an engineering officer in the Australian Army, serving as the Australian Contingent Commander in Bosnia, and as a Senior Logistics Officer with the International Force East Timor.

Recently delivered a >$3B ship and port construction project which commenced operations on schedule and within budget. Extensive major fabrication and construction contracting expertise, very experienced commercial negotiator, strong leader and execution practitioner.
