Cica Group provided bid management and related services to the InnerLink Group for its East West Link RFT response to the Victorian Government, involving a detailed road operations and maintenance OPEX and CAPEX model of the East West Link, as well as providing project administration services.

In 2013 Cica Group principals undertook an annual audit of the KPI Performance Management System for the Victorian Desalination Plant. As the first audit this included a definition of the audit processes and measures to be used for future audits. This model was then applied to the 2014 annual audit of the KPI Performance Management System.
