Kevin has extensive experience in Naval design, engineering, contract, project, commercial and general management with a demonstrably successful track record in several major Naval and commercial ship acquisition projects in Australia and overseas.

He has a professional engineering background with over 49 years experience in the Defence and maritime environment in design, engineering, contract, project, and general management with a demonstrably successful track record in coordinating and managing several multi-million and multi-billion dollar Defence acquisition projects in Australia and overseas.

He is essentially a contracting and project management specialist with broad technical, commercial and general management knowledge and skills applicable to the Defence and commercial maritime environment sectors.

Kevin was employed for 18 years by the Australian Department of Defence in Australia, the UK and the USA, and for over 20 years by private shipbuilding companies in Australia and Malaysia.

He continues to pursue various consultancy tasks  providing project management and review, contract, tender preparation and shipyard risk assessment services to the Defence and other high technology sectors in Australia and overseas.
