Boomeranger Oy were invited in March 2019 by the Commonwealth of Australia to provide
a tender for the supply of up to 36 Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIBS) for use on the
currently in-construction OPV’s by Luerssen Australia.

Boomeranger Oy chose Cica Group Principal Consultant, Peter Black to work with their
management team and bid team to assist in the preparation of the tender response to the
Commonwealth in late April 19.

The Cica team supported Boomeranger at their facility in Valko, Finland with specific
knowledge of Australian naval programs in the reviewing of tender responses in general and
provided specific authoring input and /or review of the following Data Item Deliverables
(DIDs) requirements:

Boomeranger Oy were awarded the contract in September 2019 and Cica continues to
support Boomeranger in the mobilisation phase of the contract and to support their
participation in Pacific 2019 Maritime Conference in Sydney Oct 2019.
